Welcome to The Parlor at Cilino's. We are a family owned and operated small business located in downtown Wellman, Iowa. We serve hard scoop, soft serve, milkshakes, adult milkshakes we call Pr%fs which have alcohol in them, banana splits and old fashioned ice cream sodas out of our late 1940's Liquid Carbonic soda fountain.  Those that have sat at the soda fountain counter more than fifty years ago are now sitting at the same counter with their grandchildren telling them their stories, sharing an old fashioned soda and listening to 1950's music.
